We provide a publicly-accessible metadata platform covering movies, TV shows, cast & crew, and scenes/chapters (the “Service”). All movie, TV show, cast, crew and scene data is sourced from third-party providers (such as The Movie Database (TMDb)) and delivered for informational and educational purposes. We do not host full film/TV videos, copyrighted audio, or encrypted content of scenes; we merely deliver metadata and scene descriptions.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You may browse, search, and share movie,tvshow,person and scenes/metadata.
  • You must not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any content of the Site outside the permitted uses, unless expressly authorised.
  • You must not upload, post or transmit any content that infringes upon any third party’s rights, including copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable local, national and international laws when accessing the Site.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (including design, layout, look, appearance, graphics) is owned by or licensed to the Company unless otherwise noted. The trademarks, service marks and logos used on the Site (“Marks”) are the property of the Company or their respective owners. Unauthorized use of any Marks is strictly prohibited. The movie/TV metadata, cast/crew details and scene entries obtained from third-party sources remain subject to the licensing/terms of those sources. We strive to provide proper attribution (for example to TMDb) as required.

If you believe any content or data displayed on the Site infringes your copyright or trademark, please notify us at scenestamps@gmail.com. We will investigate promptly and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.

5. Third-Party Data & Links

The Site may contain links to external websites for your convenience; these are provided “as is” and we do not assume responsibility for their content or practices. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy of the metadata we display, we cannot guarantee completeness, timeliness or error-free nature of that information. You acknowledge your use of the Site is at your own risk.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company makes no warranties or representations (express or implied) about the Site or Service—including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for purpose or non-infringement. Under no circumstances shall the Company, its officers, employees, partners or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of data, revenue or profit) arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any disputes arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.


Although the Site is hosted on servers located in Germany, this does not imply submission to German jurisdiction. The hosting location is solely for technical efficiency and performance.
