Scenestamps.com (“Site”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”)—see copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf — Scenestamps will expeditiously respond to valid notifications of claimed copyright infringement. This applies to content published, indexed, or displayed using the Scenestamps platform.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied, displayed, or made available on the Site in a manner that constitutes infringement, please notify our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information (as required by Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA):

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the infringing material (with exact URL or enough information to locate it on the Site).
• Your full contact information (address, phone, and email).
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Scenestamps processes valid DMCA takedown notices promptly, including public holidays and weekends.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, infringing material will be removed or disabled promptly, and Scenestamps will notify the alleged infringer of the removal. Repeat infringers’ access may be terminated in accordance with DMCA requirements.

Scenestamps acts in good faith to protect intellectual property, but as a metadata platform sourcing third-party data, all claims must be verified. Scenestamps will not knowingly host, display, or distribute infringing content, and will take any claims seriously and address them as required.
